We want you to be totally satisfied
with every purchase you make from Otherland Toys. It is our
aim to offer both value and quality.
If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied, simply return
the item in its original and unused condition, along
with the packaging, within 7 days and we'll exchange it or offer
you a full refund. It is your responsibility to ensure the item
is returned to us safely, and we recommend using a recorded
delivery service.
Please note there is a standard charge
of £10.00 to cover administration and packaging costs
on returns. This is in addition to any postage costs on sending
the item.
If the item is found to have a manufacturing
fault or was damaged in the post, we will not charge a returns
fee and we will also refund the postage costs.
These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which
remain unaffected.

Where your items are out of stock, or if we cannot deliver for
any other reasons, we will advise you by email or phone prior
to taking payment.
Please bear in mind that although most orders will be received
without any delay, our couriers (other than TNT) do not offer
a guaranteed service and your items may on occasion be subject
to delay.
If a signature is needed on your item, we will make several
attempts to deliver, including contacting you by phone or email.
However, should we be unsuccessful in completing the delivery
for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to charge
a handling fee of £10 for the costs associated with despatching
and returning the goods. This is in addition
to any postage costs on sending the item.
On international orders, where your item is returned to us
because it could not be delivered to the address on your order,
we reserve the right to charge for the return postage to us.
